The mbits Service Desk is the single point of contact (SPOC) for mbits customers and the central hub of the mbits service delivery operation. The primary function of the Service Desk is:

  • Incident Management: life cycle management of all service requests and providing an interface to other IT Service management (ITSM) processes
  • Communication: keeping the customer informed of progress and advising on workarounds
  • Single Point of Contact: for all customer service and support requests
